Elvan’s sweet journey began at a candy store in Istanbul in 1952. Today has an international identity with 6 factories in Turkey and two factories abroad and close to 2000 employees. From chocolate to waffles, from sweets to jellies and cakes to croissants, Elvan manufactures a wide range of products and markets these products to global markets. The aim is to achieve taste and quality with ease in all markets where it is present.
