The company was formed in 1999.year when the parent company JT Group acquired the non-US business R. J. Reinolds company.  Nowadays, this company has more than 45.000 employees who are credited with worldwide success.  The company’s mission is to nurture its well-known international brands, developing both less risky products and new ways of doing business.  The brands with which the company is present in the territory of Montenegro are: Sobranie, Winston and LD.
